Trianco Showcases Eco-Friendly Products at Ecobuild

20th January 2012

Ecobuild, Excel, Stand no. S3140

The new portfolio of Trianco renewable products will be showcased for the first time at this year’s Ecobuild show (20th – 22nd March).  The impressive and diverse portfolio consists of air source heat pumps, biomass wood pellet boilers, and a range of stunning multi fuel and ‘Defra’ wood burning stoves.

Brand new to the portfolio is the Greenflame Biomass, wood pellet boiler range.  Offering carbon neutral heating and DHW with an efficiency in excess of 90%, the 15kW model is the first addition to the range.  This powerhouse of a system uses high density (approved) wood pellets, 100kgs of fuel can last a typical home 4-7 days dependant on the fuel quality and usage.  Greenflame is a ‘plug and play’ unit complete with integrated 100kg pellet store and stainless steel flue. MCS accredited the range will be eligible for the Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI).

Another new addition to the show is the Newton range of multi fuel and ‘Defra’ approved wood burning stoves.  The Newton stove has received extensive interest since launch in 2011 and is fast becoming renowned for its contemporary, stylish and unique design coupled with a seal of approval for being solely manufactured in the Sheffield.

Available in 5kW and 8kW models (including boiler options) and with or without fuel store pedestal, Newton can burn solid fuel or wood and is available tested to ‘defra’ standards (pending parliamentary approval).  The range also encompasses the TRH inset roomheater popular with those looking for a whole house heating solution combined with a real fire.

Newton colour options in vitreous enamel are proving extremely popular, from classic Claret and Cream to modern Pewter and British Racing Green, the result is a durable high gloss look.  Matt Ivory is another favourite for a subtle ‘chic’ finish leaving customers spoilt for choice.

Activair air source heat pumps (ASHP’s) are no strangers to the show but are back boasting ‘MCS accredited’ status after stringent testing.  The range is now one of the most competitively priced accredited renewable technologies in the UK and are a real rival to solar and GSHP’s.  Now finished in White and complete with refrigerant gauges the range is offered in nominal maximum outputs from 3kW to 18kW (S1800 achieves 13.25kW’s of heat output at 7°C). All models come complete with digital programmer and carry a competitive comprehensive 3 year warranty.

The new Aztec electric system boiler will also make its first appearance at the show.  To be launched in April 2012 the Aztec system is a compact and neat unit that houses pump, auto air vent, expansion vessel and pressure gauge meaning there is no need for unnecessary external plumbing or pipework.  99.9% efficient the range also encompasses a digital programmer and is available in outputs from 6kW to 12kW.

Aztec system is the perfect solution for properties that have no mains gas or even to replace oil or LPG installs in rural areas.  Ideal as a primary heating system that works particularly well with underfloor heating, Aztec can also be linked to a renewable system to act as a superb back-up service.
